Summary: What if the Harry Potter world wasn't the Harry Potter world? What if Harry wasn't the Boy Who Lived? What if Neville wasn't even the other birth that the prophecy spoke of? What if all the things as we know it are not as we know it?

So, this idea has been whirling in my head for some time now and the more I read fanfiction, the more it plagues me. I'm not sure how well others will take to the challenge, but I'm throwing it out there and hope someone will find it interesting enough to write.

It's been done before, perhaps too many times for others to count, but what if the Harry Potter world wasn't the Harry Potter world? What if Harry wasn't the Boy Who Lived? What if Neville wasn't even the other birth that the prophecy spoke of? What if all the things as we know it are not as we know it?

The challenge is this.

What if the Boy Who Lived was someone else? Ronald Weasley? Draco Malfoy? Seamus Finnigan? Dean Thomas? Vincent Crabbe? Gregory Goyle? What if it wasn't the Boy Who Lived, but the Girl Who Lived? Pansy Parkinson? Hermione Granger? Luna Lovegood? What if these characters weren't the main characters? What if Justin Finch-Fletchley had more of a role in the book than he normally does? What about the Mauraders being alive and being the children instead of Harry, and the gang? What if the Dark Lord wasn't Voldemort and instead it was Dumbledore? Or Hagrid? Or Harry? Or perhaps the Dark Lord isn't a Dark Lord and is a Dark Lady, instead? Minerva? Narcissa? What if Lucius Malfoy truly wasn't the cold hearted man most love to hate? What if Sirius Black was the werewolf and Remus Lupin was the Potions Master while Severus Snape was the Grim?

The challenge I am bestowing upon you is as follows.

1) No character can be as we know them. Example, Harry cannot be The Boy Who Lived or a Gryffindor, nor can he be a Slytherin. Pansy Parkinson cannot be attached to the hip of Draco Malfoy.
2) The characters cannot all be paired in (Fem)Slash. There must also be het. You cannot pair the canon characters together. No Ronald Weasley/Lavender Brown. No Harry Potter/Ginny Weasley. I would like to see something different from Ronald Weasley/Hermione Granger, but they can be paired since so far, they're not canon.
3) If pairing Harry and Draco together, make their relationship nothing like canon. If pairing Severus and Harry together, make their relationship nothing like canon.

Basically, I am wanting something completely different from canon or the idea of canon.

He wears no top and has an amazing physique, his physical appearance is: Mid-back length black hair, deep brown eyes, and lightly tanned skin. He never wears robes and the teachers don't bother him about it...though they all eye him....differently. Most importantly, he uses magic without a wand or incantations. Summary: Completely AU A catastrophic disruption in the balance of the world causes our favorite Bleach crew to be sent to Europe, specifically, a little school in Scotland. There, they meet a small boy with emerald eyes and black hair who is the neglected brother of the Twins-Who-Lived, who is older then he looks. Feeling an unnatural pull towards the boy, the Shinigami crew can't help but to be dragged into the war where a powerful Voldemort is using his alliance with the Hollows (or something like that) to wreak havoc onto the wizarding and muggle world.

Bleach crew must include Ichigo Kurosaki, Rukia Kuchiki, Renji Abarai, Orihime Inoue, Yasutora "Chad" Sado, Ishida Uryuu, Kisuke Urahara, Yoruichi Shihouin, Byakuya Kuchiki, Toshiro Hitsugaya, Rangiku Matsumoto, Kenpachi Zaraki, Yachiru Kusajishi, Aizen Sousuke, Ichimaru Gin, and Others are optional

Others: Potter bashing (Although, you don't have to bash the twins.) Harry's year at Hogwarts can be any but it should be 5th year above. Harry can be the third, conveniently forgotten, 'twin' or a year younger. Sirius and Albus are alive. Draco and Snape are good. Characters are to play the game 'I Never' at least once during the year (maybe at Christmas). Ichigo and Harry get really close, almost like brothers-they-never-had, and Ichigo is overprotective of him (Ichigo should be a year or two older).

Timeline, without a doubt, would be a bit messed up.

Summary: Having read to many stories about special inheritances, mates, super-Harry and magical creatures-Harry. Also to many abused by Dursleys, abused by Lily and James, abused by Dumbledore. Well frankly, abused by everybody. I have also read to many stories where they are mistaken on who is the boy-who-lived, and stories where Voldemort is a nice guy and all that. So I wish for a story, where Harry is not super special, but special in his on way. The way we all can be, especially to that special somebody.

Background
Lily has married James Potter, a different one from his earlier years, and all is well in her world. But as the months goes, she discovers that James hasn’t changed at all, his pride is as big as ever and his dislike for Slytherins and dark wizards and witches unchanged. Married with the school-bully, Lily tries to work it out, but when James founds a new obsession their marriage is no more. Being a young woman with little founds, no work, nor no place to live, she decided to accept a job offer from an friend outside British grounds.

Back in England James has capture his last love and after a few months he tires. It seems that the great James Potter likes the chase more than keeping the prey. Perhaps he has played to much quidditch?

Lily in return have settle in her new life, she now works in a store and lives in a flat not far from it, when she finds herself pregnant. Still emotionally wounded she wonder if she should keep it or not, she had a difficult time that only now stopped to spin. Not only that, but she would be a lonely mother. Her plans on doing the right and telling James, and hopefully get some support, stopped almost as soon as it began. Reading the English wizarding laws regarding offspring, she learns that Potter as a wizard of purer blood could take her baby from her, something she can’t accept. Deciding to kept the baby, Lily starts change her life once more and changing her nationality is only the start of it. Hoping that if Potter would claim her child as his, she would at least have the help of her country to fight the claim.

Back in England, James former obsession is discovered pregnant. Being a witch from a long line of wizards and witches, and having some political and financial power, her father makes James marry her.

In the summer Lily gave life to a healthy baby boy.

In England a prophecy makes it’s presence known and one child, Neville Longbottom, fits it’s criteria. In November James child is born and the year after Voldemort perish together with Neville’s great uncle Algie and his formidable grandmother in an attack on the Longbottoms. His parents, who was on a mission waiting for a false death eater attack, founds their home on fire, with two dead relatives and a screaming Neville. That night the British wizarding world declares the fall of You-know-who and hales Neville as the Boy-who-lived.

The years comes and goes and the children grows up. They start at their respective schools where they make friends and enemies, learns and finds love.


This is the story’s background, how you write it is up to you, will it be several chapters long or just a resume?

To have or not?
* Lily moves to another country, the country must be in Europe.
* Lily will have no more child than “Harry”.
* Lily doesn’t name “Harry”, “Harry James”. Will he also have another first name?
* “Harry” will have the same colouring as in the books, but will look more like Lily.

* Lily is a muggelborn, she is not the child or grand-child, or in some other way related to Voldemort, Dumbledore, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Malfoys etc.
* No magical creatures inheritances in this fiction, nor no mates.
* No unexpected inheritances, includes both creatures, magical etc. No Gryffindor vault that will open and no Merlin reborn.

* Lily and James will not be together again.
* Will Lily found someone to love? Up to you. When will they meet? Will this person help in “Harry’s” upbringing? Will “Harry” still have Evans as his last name?
* If adopted with the use of blood-magic, “Harry” will not undergo extreme changes nor will his Potter-genes disappear, but it will change him somewhat. This point can be used to change his colouring somewhat, but no extreme changes like dark hair turning golden.

* “Harry” doesn’t go to Hogwarts to learn, nor those he go there on as an exchange-student. In which wizarding school will you put him? Durmstrang Institute, Beauxbatons Academy of Magic or some other small school?
* “Harry“ will not meet any of the Hogwarts students before his seventh year or before he finished school.

* “Harry” isn’t the “real” Boy-who-lived or a parselmouth, when Lily fled Britain she and James never defied Voldemort.
* “Harry” isn’t all superpowerfull, nor is he a genius. He can be talented but also there in not all of his subjects.

* Pairing? Up to you, but please not someone like Dumbledore or Filch, preferably male but female also okay except for Hermione, Ginny or Luna. A plus if you take someone not so often used, Oliver, Cedric, a twin, some other guy we know of but isn’t always in the big rolls, but not necessary.

* If “Harry” now meet, greet and falls in love with someone and if this person is a male, no male pregnancies.

* Dumbledore is not evil, nor is he manipulative, not more than he is in the books, and Voldemort isn’t a poor man who’s only misunderstood, and who’s thoughts are quite alright when you look deep enough.
* Voldemort, really dead or not? Up to you, but if he isn’t dead there must be a reason why he is alive, he must be important for the plot. Nothing of what happened in the Harry Potter-books have occurred, no Philosophers stone, basilisk, Azkaban breakout etc. except for The Triwizard Tournament that did happen, but not with the bitter end. Neville’s name wasn’t put in the Goblet of Fire and the tournament ended with Cedric as the winner.

* What did kill Voldemort in the attack on the Longbottoms? A shield of love or …
* How does James feel after years of forced marriage to a woman he doesn’t love? Can he love some other than himself? How is his life? Children? Relations to his school-friends, mother and father, in-laws, wife? Work?
* What is Snape like? Is Potters dilemma enough for him to start lighten up? Does he have a love or a…hobby?
* How is Neville's life like? Is he a beloved hero, a white knight in shining armour? A clumsy Hufflepuff? Or something completaly different...
* Will Dumbledore stop eating his sherbet lemons (/lemon drops)?

Summary: pairing: Iason x Riki Iason and Riki manage to do the impossible. Iason isn't exactly sterile and Riki isn't exactly human. Problems arrive when the AI known as Jupiter and her elite Blondies try to take Riki away from Iason for unknown purposes. Add on to that the fact that Riki's old pairing partner Guy wants Riki back even more now that he knows that Riki can get pregnant. So Iason decides to dissappear and take Riki with him. Now the race is on to see who can find them and get to them first.
